Description

Our polyimide heating elements are based on an advanced design in which an etched resistance element is laminated between two layers of polyimide film. This manufacturing method enables an exceptionally thin, lightweight, and flexible construction while ensuring high electrical insulation strength.

Thanks to their excellent thermal conductivity and short response time, these foil heating elements provide efficient heating and rapid cooling. They are also highly resistant to chemicals, oils, acids, and bases, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Our polyimide heating elements are available in various voltage and power ranges and can be customised to meet specific application requirements.
