HeatFacts - Features & Applications

Our silicone heating elements consist of an etched foil or wire-wound resistance element that is laminated or vulcanised between two layers of silicone. This construction ensures high mechanical stability, even heat distribution, and a fast heating time.

Thanks to their flexibility and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and mechanical stresses, they are ideal for demanding applications. Depending on the area of use, you can choose between an etched foil for precise heat distribution or a wire winding for movable or adaptable applications. Additionally, the heating elements are also available in a spiral version – ideal for heating pipelines and cable ducts.

Our silicone heating elements are custom-made and available in various voltages, power levels, and mounting options.

Our radiant heaters are electric heating elements that transfer heat primarily through infrared radiation. They consist of a heating conductor strip or coil that is heated by electric current, ensuring even heat distribution. The generated infrared radiation can either pass through a glass-ceramic surface or be directly transferred to the material to be heated.

Radiant heaters are durable and robust. Thanks to their high resistance, they can reach temperatures of up to 1,200°C, while also impressing with their fast response time.

Our radiant heaters are custom-made and tailored to the specific application.

Features available:

  • On/off switches
  • Energy controllers
  • Temperature limiters
  • Plug/connectors

Applications:

  • Heated counters & buffets
  • Cooking stations
