Description

Our flexible textile heating pads consist of an exceptionally flexible resistance wire that can be applied to various carrier materials such as fabric, nonwovens, or mesh. The precise placement of the resistance wire is achieved through laying or weaving techniques, ensuring high reproducibility and uniform heat distribution. These heating elements stand out for their high flexibility and resistance to bending, making them extremely durable against mechanical stress.

Our textile heaters are available in a wide range of shapes and sizes – from standard versions to customised 3D heating elements. The textile carrier material allows for efficient heat transfer across large areas and adapts perfectly to different applications.

Our textile heating elements are available in various voltage and power ranges and can be customised to meet specific requirements.
