Description

Our polyester flat heating elements consist of a thin, flexible polyester film onto which a heating resistance is precisely applied using the squeegee technique. This manufacturing method allows for a minimal thickness of just 0.2 mm and ensures an even and controlled heat distribution.

Due to their particularly flat and adaptable design, these heating elements are ideal for applications with limited space. They provide targeted heat transfer exactly where it is needed, offering an energy-efficient heating solution for a wide range of applications. Additionally, spiral versions are available, which are perfect for heating pipes, hoses, and cable systems.

Our polyester heating elements are available in various voltage and power ratings and can be customised to meet specific requirements.
