Our silicone heating elements are based on advanced heating technology: An etched foil or wire-wound resistance element is embedded between two layers of silicone and either laminated or vulcanized. This construction provides a robust structure, even heat distribution, and rapid heating.
Due to their high flexibility and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and mechanical influences, they are suitable for demanding applications. Depending on the purpose, two technologies are available: Etched foils allow precise temperature control, while wire windings are ideal for movable or adjustable heating solutions. For heating pipes or cable systems, we also offer spiral versions.
Our heating elements are custom-made to customer specifications and are available in various voltage ranges, power levels, and mounting options.
